Cancellation Policy

Life happens! Definitely we all can relate that sometimes stuff gets in the way of our plans. However, please reach out via text/call to let me know if you’ll be more than 10 minutes late or need to cancel/reschedule within the 24 hour policy, depending on the closeness to the appointment there may be at least 50% up to 100% cancellation fee. There will be a 100% cancellation fee charged for any no-calls/no-shows of the scheduled appointment. Healing Sessions are allowed 1 reschedule due to emergency/illness. If rescheduling is needed again the appointment will be cancelled & you’ll need to rebook. Deposits are non-refundable. There is high value taken into account to respect the other clients & the service providers time & energy put into prep for the services. Thank you for your understanding!
